Version of 17 September 2026. They govern every order placed with Linenlumas UAB through this site.

All prices are in euros and include Lithuanian VAT for delivery within the EU. Shipping is added at checkout according to the shipping page. Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are subject to local import duty and VAT, collected by the carrier and not included in our price.
Where a price is shown struck through beside a lower one, the struck-through figure is the price at which we ourselves sold that item for at least 30 consecutive days during the six months before the reduction. We do not raise a price in order to show it reduced.
An order is an offer from you to buy. We accept it, and the contract is made, when we email you that the order has been dispatched. Before that point we can decline an order — if a piece has sold out, or a price was listed wrongly — and refund any payment in full.
Linen is a natural fibre. Slubs and thicker threads in the weave, small variations in shade between dye lots, and creasing are properties of the material and not defects. Where a shade is particularly prone to variation, the product page says so.
Payment is collected at checkout by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered with the provider and never pass through or rest on our systems.
Delivery times are estimates in working days. The goods are at your risk once delivered to the address you gave. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace the order or refund it, at your choice, once the carrier confirms the loss or 15 working days have passed, whichever is sooner.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without a reason, as EU law provides. We extend this to 30 days. The goods must be unwashed and, for garments, not worn beyond trying on; you bear the return postage unless the goods were faulty or not what you ordered. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods arriving with us.
You have the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law and the Lithuanian Civil Code. In addition, and without affecting that guarantee, we promise that any seam, hem, button, tie or drawstring that fails within the first 60 washes will be repaired or the piece replaced at our cost, with postage paid both ways within the EU. The promise covers workmanship and excludes damage from heat, sharp objects, staining or misuse. Its scope is set out on the care page.
The text, photographs, product names and patterns on this site belong to Linenlumas UAB. Every piece is cut to our own patterns. We do not make, sell or imitate any other company's designs or marks, and nothing here is offered as a version of another brand's product.
We are liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Write to hello@linenlumas.com. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to close the matter within 14. If we cannot agree, you may take the dispute to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
