For a weight. The room, the window, or how warm you sleep. We reply with a number and what it will and will not do.
For a size. The flat measurements of a shirt or trousers you already like, or your duvet's dimensions, or the rod-to-hem height. See the guide.
For a repair. A photograph of the seam or hem and your order reference. The 60-wash promise covers postage both ways.
For an order change. Possible until it is dispatched, which is usually the next working morning. Include the new size or address.
For a return. Start it by email and the address comes back the same day. How returns work.

Same address. We do not wholesale and we do not send samples, so the answer to stockist enquiries is a polite no.
