A 30 × 40 cm bag with a self-fabric drawstring, in the 165 gsm cloth. Linen breathes, so a sourdough loaf keeps a crust for about three days in it rather than going soft in plastic or stale on the board.
It also fits a baguette, folded. It will not keep a soft sandwich loaf from drying out - that needs an airtight box, which this is not.
